Head was more damaged than originally thought....FINALLY back from the machine shop.
Gonna pull the motor/trans to go thru everything since its been down for so long.

Gotta a few lil details left for the car to get it back on the road.....minimal shit the last owner got rid of...
So I am hoping for the 1st of the year or sooner to see life again.

Most people who are in the know, remember this car was stolen from its interim owner while up in Phoenix, but he recovered it mostly in tact. He was able to get it running again for a short time, but alas it died on him for an unknown reason.

Oil Pump Exploded... Sleeves rusted...
My dumbass snapped a rod bolt (aluminum rods).
Covid
Laziness
Lack of $
More Laziness

I think that catches us up on everything.

Finally figured out how to stretch the rod bolts.
Mains are torqued.
New oil pump, pan, pick up acquired...

Sending a few small parts for hot tank this week....
Maybe by the end of the month(Jan 2021), will have a long block again.
Gotta crack the trans to make sure Ricky Ricer didnt break any dog plates....and douche the shit outta that.

Then some some bay touch up...


Still looking for decent suspension that wont break the bank....if anyones got anything!!! LOL
