Spamming in the welcome section

I will ban any idiot who bumps old ass welcome threads to raise his post count.

I will also ban idiots who post "welcome" over and over to raise his post count.

THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS.......WE ARE SICK OF PEOPLE TREATING AZHT AS CRAIGSLIST

I was under the impression that post in the welcome section do not count towards post count. If not, you could change it so any post made in the welcome section do not count, thus making this a non issue. Just a suggestion.
