Is that the older style ones? I see you have that bottom brace.. correct me if I'm wrong

Yes, PPG makes the new style for use with liberty cases which is why the lower brace is not sold anymore. However the only difference is the counter and main shaft are milled to fit liberty housings without the brace. The gears are the same and this gearset comes with the new style ring gear.

So the only difference between mine and the new style is the counter and main shaft. If anything were to happen to the counter and main. I would just but the new style counter and main and remove the brace.

Yep, this was Aaron's gear set for his race car. I will probably buy his Motec next LOL.

He is more concerned with his block sleeving business right now. He will most likely put something together next year. He may also be driving another car but I am not going to spill the beans on that.

So Aaron is alose doing sleeving?

Yes he has a brand new CNC machine and is doing darton sleeves. He also bought a honing machine but is waiting on tooling. They are getting to be a one stop shop, just need the tooling to CNC port heads LOL.

Didn't Joe do sleeving now aswell?

Yup. Joe is already shipping out sleeved blocks lol. But I'm glad. Hopefully he gets tooling, cause its hard to find a good dependable machine shop. I should know :rolleyes:

Joe is shipping them out but Aaron is doing the sleeving, their just two doors down from each other. Aaron already bought the machine so once the tooling is in he will also be doing the honing and all that. So you can literally drop off a block and pick it back up sleeved and fully assembled ready to go.
