A Little Changing Going On
 

since there was a few months time in between the two Phoenix ifo this year i figured i do a little work on the hatch

so got to tearing apart the hatch again and got some new parts for it :smokin:
DC header 4-1 in stainless
polished b-pipe, throttle body, crank pulley, master cylinder, post mount, iacv
various hardware zinc plated
brackets powder coated
Hasport EFBLINK shift linkage











stock manifold gone
new dc header installed






Hasport chromoly axles chrome plated
front forks chrome plated
oil pan chrome plated
front and rear lca chrome plated






so even though i had months and months to prepare i used bad time management. i had to stay up way too late friday and saturday night to get the car put back together. luckily andrew and brian helped me out immensely to get it put back toegether. sunday morning rolls around and drive to the shop. car was idling at 2200 but drove ok. get to the shop and shut the car off. wont turn back on. wtf. :eek: brian tests the alternation and its good. tests the battery and its good. dont know. dont have time. push start car and drive to ifo. once we get to wild horse pass and sitting there i notice car is overheating. wtf. :eek: again. so bryant and jake help me push the car to the show area. finally get to the spot and begin to setup for the show and realize i forgot to bring a jack :idiot: after borrowing a jack from some cool v-dub guys get the car in the air and clean the crap out of it. big thanks to my family and friends for helping me get this done

Oh emm gee i didn't think it could get more beautiful! but I see otherwise now.

took it to severed in the southwest this past weekend

changed a few things up on the display and added a k-tuned traction bar

Story about the display?

lost the asimo blanket as it was kind of lame and didnt flow. got another wagon so asimo could have one and the bear could have one. evened it up with a wagon on either side of the car :icon_lol: its all in the pictures

Why the gas, oil and water cans?

thats what we used for display back in the day :icon_lol:

along with jumper cables, tool set, first aid kit etc
