An 18-year-old Chandler man was arrested on suspicion of third-degree burglary after police say he sold stolen tires to an undercover police officer.

Sometime between April 21-23, someone broke into the Discount Tire at 1677 W. Chandler Blvd. and stole four tires and four Konig rims valued at approximately $3,000, court documents say.

On April 23, Nathan Lyle Enns sold the stolen tires for $200 to a Chandler undercover detective at Enns' home in the 2100 block of West Tulsa Street, police say.

The officer saw what he thought were three of the stolen rims in Enns' garage, where the sale took place, according to the report. Police got a search warrant Thursday evening, police found three of the stolen rims in a hot tub and the fourth rim in Enns' bedroom, police report.

Enns was arrested on suspicion of third-degree burglary for unlawful entry and trafficking in stolen property.
