No need to hate on those that just stumbled upon the thread.

Its amazing the response this car does get to this day since it was built as you see it back in 06. Its what happens when you really don't follow "trends". I think I broke the "trend" thing though when I didn't buy a Civic.

I appreciate all the compliments and hope to have a new shoot done soon because I got a new OEM accessory. What I got there are less than 10 sets in the US and the set I got was the last new set on any shelves overseas.

Who cares how old the thread is?? Doesn't change the fact it's an amazing machine.

First time I am seeing it and will agree with everyone else.

Paul's best friend 03-03-2016 08:48 PM

Well today after 3yrs I finally drove the car for a bit. Finally finished up some stuff I had been procrastinating on.

At home sitting next to the totalled CR-V. (Yes the hood is popped.)

Sweet lookin' Lude!
And it's actually red and not pink!

What projectors did you use for the retrofit?

Paul's best friend 03-04-2016 08:15 PM

TSX. They were done about 9-10yrs ago. I had to paint them recently as water marks had formed on the refletors over the years. Around the same time the projectors were originally done, it was repainted as well and always been garaged, hence its not Milano Pink.

Honda4Life. 07-06-2018 06:52 PM

Well, found the Lude a nice garage mate.

Bought an S2000 today. They fit so nicely together in the garage. Ill see if i can get some pics this weekend.

cbaracing 07-10-2018 09:38 AM

glad to see the prelude is alive and kicking after all these years and not faded to milano pink

year and color s2k did you get?

stin1 07-11-2018 11:10 AM

Is the air handler for your hvac unit mounted in the garage? Or is the garage climate controlled?

Honda4Life. 07-11-2018 11:52 AM

2004 Silverstone Metallic. Few minor rock chips out front, nothing bad at all. Ive put about 200 miles on it so far and it sits currently with 40,108 on the odometer. Its a one owner car before me.

I actually bought it from a blind lady with cancer, it had been her estranged husbands, he ended up committing suicide in jail May 15th or 16th in Pina County. Heres an interesting read about it from early May this year after he was caught, charged for a murder, of her mother that still remains missing today and some other stuff but hadnt killed himself yet.

Article about him hanging himself.

Unfortunately its for the house and just taking up a large amount of garage space.

stin1 07-11-2018 12:22 PM

That is nuts! Both the story of where you got it and the crazy hvac install.
