not Honda related but can anyone help me with my dd????

I have a 97 sunfire the theft system came on and I don't know how to disable it or bypass it can anyone offer some help I've googled and tried everything cannot get it to start

Turn the key on, with the engine OFF.Try to start the engine, then release the key to ON, Engine will not start. Watch the security telltale, after about 10 mins, it will turn OFF.
Turn OFF the ignition, and wait 5 seconds.
Repeat steps 1 through 4 two more times for a total of 3 cycles/30 minutes. You must turn the ignition OFF for 30 seconds before attempting to start the vehicle.

This is the factory reset for the Anti Theft. If it does not work, you probably will need to take it to a GM dealer to have it sorted out.

Probably needs a theft module then a theft relearn after which is what ravi posted.
