It doesn't matter who wins the race because the Miata will always remain the most fabulous.:superghey:

It is rumored (not yet confirmed) that the US version will have 155HP / 148 torques.

Given the weight loss, that would probably mean it is pretty close (if not slightly faster) to the acceleration numbers as the current (NC) Miata - which does 0-60 in about 6.5 seconds, but is 220lbs heavier and has ~10 more HP.

Oh, and a ultra lightweight carbon fiber luggage rack for the trunk lid. lol.

Looks like a the s2k, z3 and the miata had a threesome and this was the child that was born.

Front looks like an s2k cross breed with an NC. Rear looks like a z3.

Not the best to look at but, I will be interested to see how well it will perform.
