D16z6 cam and crank seal install
This is probably a dumb question, but is it ok to remove the cam and crank seals with a pick and then press the new seals in using a socket after removing the sprockets? Or do I need to remove the cam and valve train? I've searched and I have seen both methods. I would prefer to go the lazy route if possible. Thanks in advance!

As long as they go in flush and seat properly you'll be okay. Taking them out might be a pain thought.

They both came out easily. I made a press tool out of pvc, bolt, nut, and a washer for the cam seal. The crank seal was tapped in using a 33mm socket and a hammer. I hope they don't leak.
