weird because theft and property crime around here are fairly low, except im on the border of the ghetto part of chandler so that definitely doesnt help. If it stops raining I may camp out on my roof tonight with some decent glass and scope out who's creepin around the 'hood.

1st attempt take outside property or things easy to carry. They will be back and go for what's inside.

Friend up in PHX had a car broke into. Then went out and bought fake security cameras and put them up all over outside. Almost 3 years later now, never another issue. Might be something to think about.

get a dog or put bikes somewhere else

Damn dude that sucks to hear. I had my Honda 50 stolen from my backyard too. Fuckers cut the chain, threw it over the block fence and took off with it. Good luck getting it back, cops wont/can't really do anything either. Watch craigslist because some thieves are dumb enough to try and sell it there.
If you do get insurance you'll need a rider as normal insurance doesnt cover items like that. I found that out the hard way.

There is so much theft around this time. Especially in well neighborhoods. My buddy just had around 5k worth of stuff stolen from his apartment. Including wrapped presents that he was going to deliver to Christmas angels. Pretty pathetic.
