AZHT.net - new rebuilt engine wont start please help

So I finnaly assembled my poor mans type r and it won't stay on. Me and Mr sic teg looked over the harness , grounds , 2diff ecus 2 distributors. 3 main relays all the fuses are good. All the vacuum lines are plugged up . compression ran 180-180-200-180 timing is tdc both on head and block. Bottom end is zero miles head had 500 b4 I blew my previous bottom end .when it turns over it struggles to stay on with me having to throttle it as soon as I let the throttle go it sputters to a stop . we re calibrated the tps sensor and the iacv was in working order. I just cant find the fucking problem please master or armature or noviece mechanics I ask for Ur help any help . more info one the setup is JDM Gsr bottom end stock pistons and rods acl bearings freshly honed and balanced crank, head is a pr3 with type r cams and internals and type r intake manifold. I don't see why it don't turn on other than my injectors because I'm boosted but it should at least turn over right? Like I said any help would be apricated
