Mayweather remind me of a sugar ray leonard...not a powerful puncher but very technical and can score with punches through rounds rather than go for the ko...i personally love seeing a brawl in the middle of the ring which hatton can deliver but mayweather will use the whole ring once again(de la hoya) so it shoudl be a good matchup...one fight i wouldnt bet on too close

i dont like him but say mayweather is one hell of a fighter and i think he will win the figth

Floyd Mayweather Jr. had the short end of the crowd, but the better end of the fight and dominated Ricky Hatton in their heavily hyped bout for the WBC welterweight title, TROUNCING him at 1:35 of the 10th round.

Mayweather was far ahead, easily outboxing the Briton whose rabid fans filled the MGM Grand Garden and turned the entire city into an electric place.

Mayweather knocked Hatton down twice in the 10th. He landed a crushing left hook in the corner that landed on the jaw. Hatton went head first into the corner pad and then was down. He was in serious jeopardy of not making it up.

He arose and Mayweather attacked. He landed two lefts and a right and Hatton was down again.

As Hatton fell, his corner threw in the towel and referee Joe Cortez waved it off

mayweather also throws big punches then reaches with both gloves for the face to open up any cuts that may have been started from the punches...he does it to hatton a few times but to no avail...

i did pay for the fight so im glad it didnt end cause of blood in the eye or something....but that shit is gay....same reason he wheres light colored gloves, pants, shoes to show blood...hes a really good showman...

Yeah I REALLY wanted Hatton to put some punches on Mayweather, but he didnt. Its to bad they fought at Mayweathers weight instead of Hatton's though.
