DIY Upholstery and Interior Help?

I am thinking about doing the upholstery in my car myself. Not the seats but I'm thinking about doing the roof, redoing the doors, and doing something with the dash. I want to go with a black out interior but need some help with how to do some of the interior. If anyone knows of any good DIYs please point me that way. I couldn't find anything searching :doobie:
