the fuck is 8th gen? what is the big deal with gen this and gen that?
why cant people just say what year their car is and be good with that. guess its not JDM enough to say that :crazy:

I think it's more about creating a label like "EG" or "EJ1". Helps people know what you are talking about with a simple word instead of trying to figure it out through the year number. It's easier to picture I guess...

i can understand that. i guess its just a pet peeve of mine as i deal with people calling me all day saying i have a 4th gen prelude, 6th gen accord, 9th gen civic. my head is spinning with all the gen's. please just tell me what year you have and i can help you better :tongue2:
